I loved that the hotel was attached to a shopping mall, making it convenient for shopping and dining options. my stay at Hyatt Regency was excellent and I will definitely come back again.

That the check-out process at the reception desk took quite a while. They could improve the check-out progress, especially if guests are in a hurry to catch their flight.
